This is the future. Empty buildings can be retrofitted with vertical stacks of trays where plants grow. Light comes from lamps powered by wind and solar. In a small space, you can raise enough food to feed everyone for two blocks. At the end of the two blocks, put another vertical farm. No fuel is spent distributing the food. Our process is simple. We start with non-GMO seeds, add water, nutrients, and the power of
sunshine – and voila! Perfect produce. Growing in a greenhouse allows for control over everything in and around the greens, so you can trust your salad is ready to eat, right out of the box.
Hydroponics is more than just another way to grow plants. Hydroponic technology frees us
from the soil beneath our feet allowing us to bring food production indoors where we can
layer in additional climate and lighting controls. The result is the ability to grow a beautiful, nutritious product all year round.
