Heal your body, soul, and mind with the joys of movement.

A walk in the woods can be one of the most powerful healing tools of all, so we’ll refer you to www.metroparks.org for a start. But then there are other styles and forms of movement for healing. Some are sacred and some are saucy. And there are forms within forms. There is much to explore here.

It is not an exaggeration to say that all of life is a dance. Movement among the stones and the sand, through the air and the water. Expression and attraction and ambition, intention and growth.

Purpose assumes many poses. We think of yoga as physical but it surely involves the mind and spirit as well. It is intentional growth.

If life is movement then it must reach and flow. There are ways for this.
