Massage Therapy

Bodywork

Well-being begins with the body.

Healing work often involves the body. Even though a symptom might be emotional, the cause can be physical and the cure can be bodywork. Imbalances and tensions can result in fatigue, depression, or other complaints, but release can be found through attention to the body. There are many forms of bodywork.  Chiropractic addresses bones and nerves whereas massage works with muscles. Breathing, pressure points, and stretching are all effective ways to improve physical well-being. And, of course, there is no need for a malady to participate in bodywork. In fact, it is best seen as fine-tuning and optimization rather than repair work. And wow! It can feel really good.
